BREAKING: Salihu Lukman resigns as APC Vice Chairman as plot to install Ganduje thickens

Salihu Mohammed Lukman, the All Progressives Congress’ National Vice Chairman for the North West, has resigned from his position.

In response to rumors that Abdullahi Ganduje, a former governor of Kano State, ought to be chosen the APC’s national chairman, Lukman resigned.

In a letter dated July 26, Lukman stated that the present climate within APC was at odds with the founding founders’ intentions.

The letter was sent to the APC National Working Committee, which is headed by Abubakar Kyari, the acting national chairman.

Ganduje should not have taken the place of Abdullahi Adamu, the previous National Chairman, as advised by Lukman.

He declared that switching Adamu out for Ganduje would be suicide.
