BREAKING: Tribunal declares Kaduna guber election inconclusive, orders rerun

The Kaduna State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has given it’s verdict on the March 18 elections. 

The court ruled that the election is declared inconclusive and ordered a rerun in 7 wards from 4 LGAs.

The three-man panel of Justices led by Justice Victor Oviawe, ordered a rerun in 24 polling units in seven wards of four local government areas of the State consisting of 16,300 registered voters.

The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and its candidate, Isah Mohammed Ashiru, had petitioned against the election of Uba Sani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) as Governor.
