BREAKING: Tribunal dismisses petition of Chicago narcotics dealings, says Tinubu not banned from travelling to U.S.
President Bola Tinubu cannot be disqualified due to his forfeiture of drug money in the United States, the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal said on Wednesday.
According to the court, Mr. Tinubu had previously been exonerated by the Nigerian Police Force of any criminal matters in the United States as a result of a police inquiry to American law enforcement.
