Breaking: Tribunal upholds Bala Mohammed’s victory as Governor of Bauchi State
The Bauchi State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal has upheld Governor Bala Mohammed (PDP) as the winner of the March 18th governorship election in the State.
The tribunal dismissed the case submitted by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its governorship candidate, former Chief of Air Staff Air Marshal Sadique Abubakar.
It concluded that there is no compelling basis to annul the election because it was conducted in accordance with the law.
