Help Nigerians with your billions – APC group knocks Atiku, Obi

A pro-APC group has urged Peter Obi and Atiku Abubakar to invest their money in Nigeria to help address the country’s recent economic woes.

The group also accused Peter Obi of the Labour Party and Atiku Abubakar of the PDP of hoarding $1 trillion apiece in bank accounts while Nigerians live in poverty.

The Confederation of All Progressives Congress (APC) Support Group made these assertions during a news conference in Abuja on Saturday.

Its director-general, Mohammed Kailani, stated that Obi and Atiku should focus on resolving issues within their respective parties rather than criticizing Tinubu’s administration.

Kailani claimed both Obi and Atiku pretended to care about the country but were truly selfish and greedy.

“I advise both opposition leaders, henceforth, to first strategise on how to solve the problems in their political parties first.

“They should do this by using strategies that are grounded in realism, evidence and comprehensive planning in addressing the complex challenges they have before coming out to talk or advise an administration that is doing well.

“The opposition leaders pretend when making comments that they wish the country well, especially when Peter Obi of the Labour Party has about $1 trillion kept in his bank, Fidelity Bank.

“And, Atiku Abubakar, having about the same amount stashed around the world, monies they could have invested in the country to help the masses of the country get employment and pull out of poverty.

“Today after their defeats they have now resorted to wishful thinking politics to clear the hangover of their defeats,” he said.

Kailani also expressed his support for Tinubu, whom he described as a visionary and a strategic thinker.

He claimed that Tinubu has a clear and coherent plan based on evidence and realism to improve the quality of life for all Nigerians.

He urged the opposition to enable Tinubu to address Nigerians’ concerns without distraction. He stated that Tinubu has good intentions and that all Nigerians should support him in achieving his aims.
