Imo Governorship Election: NNPP vows to defeat Hope Uzodinma

In the gubernatorial election for Imo State slated for November 11, 2023, Boniface Aniebonam, the chairman of the board of trustees of the New Nigeria People’s Party (NNPP), expressed confidence that the party’s governorship candidate, Uche Odunzeh, would win.
Aniebonam bragged that the NNPP is a significant political force in Nigeria and has the potential to take Imo State back from the All Progressives Congress (APC), which is currently in power, in the upcoming election.
Odunzeh has begun meetings with party leaders, important stakeholders, youths, and women in Imo State in order to gain support for the election on November 11.
The BOT Chairman pledged to help the NNPP retake Imo State during Odunzeh’s visit to Aniebonam’s office in Lagos.
Aniebonam remembered the party’s challenges from its early stages and voiced confidence in Odunzeh’s capacity to win the governor’s race in a statement signed by the media officer, Mr. Joshua Elekwachi.
Aniebonam added that, given the chance for the party to establish a presence in the Southeast geopolitical zone, the NNPP will mobilize its resources to seize Imo State.
Governorship candidate Odunzeh praised the BOT Chairman and the entire party leadership in his remarks for their efforts to furthering the party’s goal and for having a clear vision.
He voiced his certainty that he will win the upcoming election with the strong backing of the party’s leadership and members.
Odunzeh promised to restore God’s fear-based development, progress, and peace to Imo State.
