January Transfer: Sancho to rejoin former club from Man United
According to ESPN, Borussia Dortmund is prepared to reclaim Jadon Sancho from Manchester United in January.
Despite publicly denying interest in signing their former player, the Bundesliga club is rumored to be open to the idea if the money were right.
Sancho will most likely be on a brief loan until the end of the campaign, but Dortmund will still require United to contribute some of his £300,000 weekly salary.
Between 2017 and 2021, the 23-year-old played for the German team for four seasons, and he still keeps in touch with Edin Terzic, the head coach.
United is open to hearing proposals for Sancho in January and is ready to support Erik ten Hag in his firm position on team discipline.
Sancho hasn’t played for United since August after being dropped from the team for openly contesting Ten Hag’s justifications for leaving him out of the starting lineup for the September 3 loss against Arsenal.
