Senator Jibrin Barau has been declared winner at the senate chamber in Abuja.
Sen. Jibrin had accepted nomination for the position of the 10th Deputy Senate President on Tuesday.
Jibrin was nominated by former governor of Ebonyi Sen. Dave Umahi.
