Lagos boy with missing intestine has died

Adebola Akin-Bright, a 12-year-old child in Lagos state with a missing intestine, has died.
Abiodun Deborah, the mother, said this in a phone discussion with Vanguard on Tuesday.
Adebola died at the Lagos State University Teaching Hospital (LASUTH), according to reports.
Recall that Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu paid a visit to Adebola and promised to reimburse his medical expenses.
This came after the boy’s mother pleaded with the governor to look into the loss of her son’s small intestines, which she claimed happened while the boy was being treated at LASUTH.
The hospital administration, on the other hand, rejected the accusation in a statement posted on its page on X on August 12, 2023.
Previously, the Lagos State House of Assembly stated that anyone found to be responsible in the matter of Adebola Akin-Bright’s missing intestine would be prosecuted in due time.
