Manchester United reveals two targets as Ten Hag’s replacement
According to The Times, senior Manchester United officials are already thinking about manager Erik ten Hag’s alternatives.
Ten Hag is under a lot of criticism after Wednesday’s 3-0 loss to Newcastle sent the Red Devils out of the Carabao Cup.
It happened a few days after Manchester City destroyed United 3-0 in the derby on Sunday.
Ten Hag is reportedly “at risk” of losing his job, according to a senior source at the Premier League club, which is why they are now thinking about replacing him.
Zinedine Zidane and Sporting head coach Ruben Amorim are two candidates that United is presently exploring.
Zidane left Real Madrid in May 2021 and hasn’t had a job since.
