Moment Kogi Gov-elect, Ododo presented return certificate to Yahaya Bello kneeling down (video)
On Friday, Usman Ododo, the newly elected governor of Kogi State, received his Certificate of Return.
Ododo knelt for his predecessor, Yahaya Bello, shortly after receiving the certificate.
Bello tapped Ododo’s shoulders and the certificate while the governor-elect was on his knees, beaming.
Remember that the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, proclaimed Ododo the winner of Kogi State’s off-cycle governorship election.
