PEPT Judgement: Occupy Abuja – Charly Boy tell Obedients
In anticipation of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) ruling today, entertainer and activist Charly Boy on Tuesday urged Labour Party (LP) “Obidients” to occupy all roadways in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The divisive musician emphasized that the action was essential to recover their mandate, which he said was stolen, and made the call through his username on X (previously known as Twitter).
He said,
“We must retrieve our stolen future from these criminals or be ready to face the most horrific hardship ever.”
Recall Former vice president Atiku Abubakar and former governor of Anambra State Peter Obi filed a lawsuit on February 25 challenging President Bola Tinubu’s election victory. Charly Boy previously raised the possibility that the broadcast of the judgment to be rendered on the case is a ruse to keep Nigerians from storming the courthouse.
He said,
“The PEPT may not air the live broadcast of the final verdict on the 6th of September 2023 the former announcement could be a trick to prevent Nigerians from coming to the court on that day.”
