Sergio Ramos snubs Saudi club, set to join Sevilla

According to Goal, Sergio Ramos has rejected a move to Saudi Arabia and will instead play in LaLiga again.

The defender from Spain has verbally agreed to join Sevilla.

Ramos’ contract with Paris Saint-Germain expired this summer, making him a free agent.

While Karim Benzema, a former Real Madrid teammate, would have been waiting for him at Al-Ittihad, he has chosen to remain in Europe.

Ramos is about to agree to a short-term contract with Sevilla.

The 37-year-old joins the team where his senior career began 20 years ago.
