Speaker Ayambem appoints Neku as Chief Of Staff, Matthew Okache as Chief Press Secretary

Cross River State Speaker, Rt Hon Elvert Ayambem has announced the first appointment of aides, as he appointed Ndoma Anekan Neku as Chief of Staff, CoS and Matthew Okache as the Chief Press Secretary.

The announcement was made on Tuesday, via a statement issued by the Clark of the House, which reads, “The Hon. Speaker, Cross River State House of Assembly, Rt Hon Elvert Eyambem, has approved the following appointments to the office of the Hon. Speaker.”

Others that made the appointments are Enya Simon Paulinus as Chief Protocol, Bassey Bassey Nton as Assistant Chief Protocol.

Recall that Matthew Okache served as Special Assistant on Media to the former Governor of Cross River State, Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade.

With this, the Speaker can now focus more in the real business of lawmaking in a bid to have positive value on the people of Cross River State.
