The traditional monarch of Egbema Kingdom, His Royal Majesty, Nzeobi Evaritus Amida, has conferred a chieftaincy title on Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali.
The royal father named Nwabali “The Pride of Egbema Kingdom” after his outstanding performance for the Super Eagles at the recently ended 2023 Africa Cup of Nations, AFCON.
Amida stated that the shot stopper was recognized for bringing honor to the Egbema Kingdom.
It should be noted that Nwabali was also awarded N20 million by Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
The 27-year-old was also awarded the Distinguished Service Star of River State.
