President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has announced the appointment of Abba Aliyu as the new Managing Director of the Rural Electrification Agency, along with four other management staff.
Ajuri Ngelale, the presidential spokesperson, confirmed this in a statement on Thursday.
The move comes after the President suspended Ahmad Salihijo Ahmed and three executive directors for N1.2 billion in illegal misappropriation over the last two years.
