Tinubu names new CEOs for FMBN, FHA

President Bola Tinubu has approved the reconstitution of executive management teams for agencies within the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development.

Mr Badamasi Haiba, Director of Information at the Federal Ministry of Housing and Urban Development, made the announcement Thursday in Abuja.

According to him, the entities affected were the Federal Housing Authority (FHA) and the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN).

According to Haiba, the president authorized the nomination of Mr Shehu Osodi as FMBN’s new Managing Director, and Mr Ibidapo Odojukan as Executive Director of Finance and Corporate Services.

He also announced the appointment of Mr. Muhammad Abdu as Executive Director of Loans & Mortgage Services and Ms. Chinenye Anosike as Executive Director of Business Development & Portfolios.

Hon Oyetunde Ojo was appointed Managing Director of the Federal Housing Authority, while Mr Mathias Byuan was named Executive Director of Housing Finance and Accounts.

Other appointments at FHA include Mr. Umar Abdullahi as Executive Director of Business Development, Mr. Oluremi Omowaiye as Executive Director of Project Implementation, and Mr. Ezekiel Nya-Etok as Executive Director of Estate Services.
