Top club offers Mbappe €200M for one year contract

Kylian Mbappe has been extended a £173.2 million (€200 million) a year contract by Al-Hilal to join the team.

The 24-year-old has been left out of their preseason tour of Japan and South Korea and is ready to depart the Ligue 1 winners.

When his current deal with PSG expires in June 2024, Mbappe is refusing to sign an extension.

But PSG’s owners have given him until today to sign or be sold, and they’ll settle for less than the £155 million they shelled out to bring him over from Monaco in 2017.

Tancredi Palmeri, an Italian journalist, claims that Al-Hilal has also made a sizable offer to sign him.

Palmeri believes that Mbappe has received a two-year contract worth €200 million (£173.2 million) per year from the Saudi Arabian club. The contract may also include a Real Madrid-only release clause after the first year.

They would also pay PSG a transfer price of €200 million (£173.2 million), which would probably meet the Parisians’ demands to release him.
