United Nigeria Airlines Services Ltd (Operators of United Nigeria) is a wholly owned Nigerian company formed at the Corporate Affairs Commission under the Companies and Allied Matters Act of 1990 to provide commercial air transportation services under the brand name United Nigeria.
United Nigeria Airlines is looking to fill the following positions:
1. Fuel Accountant
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
- Qualifications and Requirements:
- B.Sc. or HND in Accounting
- 3-5 years’ Experience on similar role
- Airline experience – an added advantage
- Experience and knowledge in the use of Microsoft office suites.
2. Aircraft Procurement Manager
Job Specifications:
- Full Time
- Required Qualifications: BA/BSC/HND
- Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Excellent mastery of the English language
- A good understanding of how AOGs affect airline operations.
- Excellent understanding of airline operations, including projects and initiatives
- Excellent negotiation and procurement abilities
- Experienced judgment, as well as the ability to define priorities and make judgments.
- Capability to collaborate with others and manage workloads efficiently under time constraints.
Experience & Qualification
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Related Engineering Field with at least 5 years’ experience
- Aircraft spare parts procurement experience in an airline or MRO.
- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar discipline is required, as well as at least seven years of experience in aircraft spare parts procurement in airlines or MROs.
- Extensive experience with aircraft spares and material procurement in airlines or MROs.
- Experienced in developing workflows and operational procedures, as well as establishing a Functional Procurement Team/Department.
- A postgraduate degree will be advantageous.
