Former presidential aide Reno Omokri has dared his detractors to arrest him whenever he arrives in Nigeria.
In a video posted on his Twitter account, he made this clear and noted that he is one of the public officials who has served the country with no skeletons in his closet.
He said the security personnel had looked into him “right down to his underwear.” The security personnel “investigated me right down to my underwear and found nothing,” he claimed.
Reno, a vocal opponent of the previous administration of President Muhammadu Buhari, has been attacking Labour Party presidential candidate Peter Obi while simultaneously endorsing PDP presidential candidate Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Omokri described how he arrived in Nigeria by claiming that he purchased a first class ticket and was the first person to exit the plane at the airport (Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport).
He bragged that since he hadn’t broken any laws, nobody could arrest him.
