- She lost her father at a young age and was raised by her mother who is from Akwa-Ibom State.
- She attended Goodwill International School and Paradise International School for her secondary education.
- She is an alumna of the International Business Management Institute (IBMI) where she obtained a degree in Human Resources Management.
- She started singing at eight years old in her church children’s choir before she became famous.
- She was brought to limelight in 2012 after emerging winner of the popular talent show ‘Nigerian Idol’.
