SuperSport, Africa’s largest pay-TV broadcaster, has announced that it will not broadcast the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
This is due to the broadcaster’s inability to “secure tournament rights.”
SuperSport made the announcement in a statement on Wednesday.

The 2023 AFCON, on the other hand, will be broadcast on Free To Air (FTA) channels.
According to Platinum Times, the 2023 AFCON will take place from January 13th to February 11th, 2024.
The 2023 AFCON will be held in Ivory Coast.
