AFCONQ 2023: Sierra Leone vs Nigeria by 5pm – Team News And Line-ups

Super Eagles head coach Jose Peseiro has already named his 23-man squad to take on Sierra Leone.
In 2022, Nigeria overcame the Leon Stars, rallying from a goal down to win 2-1.
When they travel to Liberia to face John Keister’s forces, the 2013 AFCON Champions will be expected to act in a similar manner.
Nigeria presently leads Group A with 9 points after 4 games.
Guinea-Bissau is in second place behind the Super Eagles with 9 points after four games, Sierra Leone is in third place with 5 points after four games, and Sao Tome and Principe is at the bottom of the table with 1 point after four games.
To qualify for Cote d’Ivoire 2023, Peseiro’s team simply needs a point against Sierra Leone on June 18, having already began training on June 11 in preparation for the match.
The match between Nigeria and Sierra Leone will begin at 5 o’clock.
