Senator Godswill Akpabio has been declared winner at the senate chamber in Abuja.
Former governor of Akwa Ibom state, Senator Godswill Akpabio and Abdulaziz Yari had accepted nomination for the position of the 10th Senate President on Tuesday.
Sen. Akpabio polled 63 votes to defeat Sen. Yari who scored 46 votes.
