The election of Senator Ishaku Abbo of Adamawa North Senatorial District in the National Assembly has been declared null and void by the Court of Appeal in Abuja.
Abbo was elected on the ticket of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, in February 2023.
According to Channels TV, the court ruled in favor of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Amos Yohanna.
