(BREAKING) Edo Guber: Tinubu presents APC flag to Monday Okpebholo and running mate

President Bola Tinubu has delivered the All Progressives Congress (APC) flag to Edo governorship candidate Senator Monday Okpebholo and running partner Rep. Dennis Idahosa.

President Tinubu made the presentation on Monday in Abuja, promising to support the candidates “like the wall of Gibraltar.”

“If you are happy, we are happy.” If you are determined, we are too. We will work with you. We will stand with you like the Wall of Gibraltar. That is all I can assure you. “The party is supreme, but victory is superior and extremely important,” the President stated.

”Distinguished Senator and flagbearer, we are putting you forward to keep the party trusting us and lead us to victory. You and your running mate have been referred to be big killers, and you have worked relentlessly with the party leadership,” he remarked.

The flag presentation was attended by APC National Chairman Abdullahi Ganduje, state leader Senator Adams Oshiomhole, Edo State woman leader Lady Betty Okoebor, and some of the governorship candidates that competed against Okpebholo.

The APC’s National Chairman stressed the party’s unity of purpose in securing electoral victory.

”Our candidate is soft-spoken, diligent, and successful. Dr. Ganduje stated, “He is a highly marketable product, and I am confident that with him as our flagbearer, we will bring Edo back to our party.”
