Breaking: (River guber) Court throws out LP’s petition challenging Sim Fubara
The Rivers State Governorship Election appeal Court has dismissed the appeal brought by Labour Party candidate Beatrice Itubo disputing the proclamation of the Peoples Democratic Party’s Simnalaye Fubara as the victor of the 2023 governorship election in the state.
The Tribunal in Abuja is hearing a petition brought by LP and All Progressives Congress, APC candidate Tonye Cole.
