The Supreme Court has validated Ahmadu Fintiri’s victory as Adamawa State’s legitimately elected Governor.
Recall that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) declared Fintiri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) the winner of the March 11 gubernatorial elections.
Senator Aisha Dahiru Binani of the All Progressives Congress, APC, filed a judicial challenge to his victory.
