Fabrizio Romano, a transfer analyst, has disclosed that Chelsea is not in talks with Serie A champions Napoli over Victor Osimhen.
Osimhen is likely to sign a new deal with Napoli, which will feature a €130 million release clause.
Chelsea are still likely to make a bid for the Nigerian striker.
The Blues are seeking for an experienced target man and have him on their radar.

Romano wrote in his Daily Briefing,
”Osimhen is on the list of players wanted by Chelsea but there is still no decision made or any advanced negotiation with the forward or any other player”.
Osimhen has scored seven goals in 12 league appearances for the Partenopei this season.
