A full format will be used for the 2023–2024 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) season.
The deal was struck on Thursday night in Abuja at a meeting between the NPFL board and club owners.
Recall that the 2022–23 season will follow a condensed format.
The start of the new campaign is anticipated for Saturday, August 26.
On August 17, there will be a draw ceremony and an annual general meeting.
The NPFL’s current champions are Enyimba.
