Early Life
Jimmy Odukoya was born as the second child and first son of his parents on the 27th of April in Lagos State, Nigeria.
His parents are late Pastors Taiwo and Bimbo Odukoya, founders of the Fountain of Life Church, Lagos. He has four other siblings whose details are not disclosed to the media.
He is a caring father of two kids and loving husband of Mrs Kemi Odukoya.
Education
Jimmy had his primary and secondary education in Lagos State, Nigeria before furthering for a Bachelor’s degree in Business administration from Oral Roberts University, Tulsa, Oklahoma, United States of America and later an MBA from the same University.
Career
Being born into a Christian home, Jimmy assumed ministerial work in Greenwood Christian Center, Tulsa, Oklahoma under the leadership of Bishop Gary and Debbie McIntosh.
He was ordained Pastor at the Fountain of Life Church after being licensed as a Minister in Oklahoma in 2009.
He was also the associate pastor of the Youth Ministry at Fountain of Life Church before he became the coordinating pastor in 2012.
He established a foundation, the” CAVE” with the aim of growing young minds to explore their dreams and aspire for greatness. Pst. Jimmy is a life guidance coach a spirit filled clergyman.
In 2010, he released his Deb single titled “Show Ya Self” borned out of his zeal and love for singing and dancing, this earned him lots of award nominations and his his subsequent entry into the gospel music industry.
He released another album,” Conqueror” in 2011 and in 2014, he established his media company, the Firehouse Records.
Jimmy’s stage performance prowess was not only limited in the ministry, he also ventured into acting in 2016 when he featured in the” Baby Shower” produced by Desmond Elliot and from there showing in home screens both home and abroad with multiple awards and recognitions.
