JUST IN: Tinubu chairs FEC meeting, swears in 8 Perm Secs.

President Bola Tinubu swore in eight newly appointed Permanent Secretaries on Monday.
The advancement came as a result of their performance in the Federal Civil Service selection procedure.
On Monday, the swearing-in event preceded the start of the weekly Federal Executive Council, FEC, meeting at the Council Chambers of the State House in Abuja.
Ndakayo-Aishetu Gogo, Bako Deborah Odoh, Omachi Raymond Omenka, Ahmed Dunoma Umar, Watti Tinuke, Adeoye Adeleye Ayodeji, Rimi Nura Abba, and Ella Nicholas Agbo are the new Permanent Secretaries.
Meanwhile, at the time of writing, Tinubu is presiding over the FEC meeting this week, which is also attended by Vice President Kashim Shettima.
The meeting is being attended by the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), George Akume; the President’s Chief of Staff, Hon Femi Gbajabiamila; the Federation’s Head of Civil Service, Folashade Yemi-Esan; and Ministers.
