On Wednesday, October 4, a court in Yaba, Lagos State, ordered that Azeez Fashola, also known as Naira Marley, and Balogun Eletu, popularly known as Sam Larry, be remanded in prison custody.
The Lagos State Police Command ordered that Naira Marley and the others be detained for 30 days while their investigation is ongoing.
However, Fashola and the others were only to be held on remand for 21 days, per the order of Magistrate Adeola Olatunbosun.
