United express interest in Milan star
Ac Milan star Theo Hernandez has been a key player for AC Milan over the last three seasons and has continued to show his quality with the French national team. As a result, big clubs are monitoring his situation, including Man Utd.
After getting 13 goals and 18 assists in his first two seasons with the Rossoneri, this past season was a step back with just four goals and five assists. On the other hand, the World Cup workload and Milan’s poor form didn’t help him.
According to today’s edition of Gazzetta Dello Sport, Hernandez is one of the players that Milan have no intention of selling. In reality, this means that the Rossoneri will only consider very high offers, with Rafael Leao being another example of such a player.
Manchester United have expressed their interest in the left-back, but they would have to make a hefty offer. Milan value him at no less than €60m, which is triple what they paid to Real Madrid in 2019, and the offer would thus have to be at least that to be taken into consideration.
That appears to be the minimum figure to even start a negotiation, and it’s not even certain that Milan would accept it.
