Nyesom Wike, a former governor of Rivers State and the current minister of the Federal Capital Territory, has reportedly dared the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) to suspend him for anti-party behavior.
Wike told Seun Okinabloye of Channels Tv that he cannot be expelled from the party.
