Victor Boniface was born on 23 December 2000, to his parents Mr and Mrs Okoh. Victor’s parents are unknown, however he spent the majority of his early years at T-Chris International School with his grandparents.
Career
Victor’s football career started while he was still in school, and as everyone knows, Lagos is a great city for talent, particularly for up-and-coming players. Victor was discovered by Real Sapphire in Lagos.
Bodø/Glimt showed interest in the young player due to his consistent dedication, and they signed him in 2019. However, he suffered a ligament injury two weeks after joining the team.
Boniface signed a four-year contract with Union SG in Belgium on August 8, 2022. Victor’s six goals helped Union advance to the quarterfinals of the 2022–2023 Europa League, where he tied Marcus Rashford for most goals scored.
On July 22, 2023, Bayer 04 Leverkusen signed Boniface to a contract until 2028 as a result of his spectacular stats, and he was given shirt number 22.
